well for me...trust means-->
"itu satu batu besar sudah taruk dalam lu punya kepala kasi jaga baek2...kalu lu jaga baek2 batu itu akan tukar jadi emas tapi kalu tak baek itu batu kasi hempap lu punya kepala la..."
hmm...its hard when someone already trust you so well...
good side--> people will always trust you and depending on you so well
bad side--> if we broke the trust...or cannot handle it in a good way...then you dead
first of all thousand and millions thanks for my boss cause he trust me to do all the jobs that he gave to me...well im not the 'kaki ampu' but alhamdulillah so far everything that I ask for the sake of all the people in the office he will tunaikan...
and almost everyday he will lecture me how to do this...what to do next...want to train me to do this...and Im feeling really good since he once puji that Im a fast learner...willing to do everything instead of do the drawing...do the site inspection...learning how to do the interior design including the furniture detail...well some of the staff said that "kenapa rajin sangat...dok office wat design sudah," actually Im not the person that 'so rajin gile babs' but the reason I do all the jobs because I want to learn a reality things and doing design all the time make my brains stuck and some times the design doesn't work because got some problem on the site
and yesterday on the way go and back from the site...he had mention something that almost shock me...
hmmm...aku takut kalo tak dapat tunaikan harapan bos yang begitu tinggi tu sebab once aku broke the trust nanti takut bos da tak caye kat aku da....
